What to do when you receive a suspicious link, attachment, login prompt or payment request.
If an email looks suspicious, do not click links, open unexpected attachments or reply with account information.

• Leave the message intact so security staff can review it.
• If your organization provides a Report Phishing button, use it.
• Create a Cybersecurity Helpdesk ticket if further investigation is needed.
• Mention the sender, subject and time received.
• If you already clicked a link, opened an attachment or entered credentials, state this clearly and contact support immediately.
Never include your password or one-time verification code in the support request.
