Reset or change your Helpdesk password
How to recover access to your Velvot Helpdesk account safely.
If you cannot remember your Velvot Helpdesk password, use the Forgot Password option on the sign-in page. Enter the same email address registered on your Helpdesk account.
If the account exists, a time-limited reset link is sent to that address. Open the link, choose a new strong password and sign in again.
If you cannot access the registered email address, contact your organization administrator or Velvot support through an approved channel. Never share your current password, one-time passcode or authentication code with another person.
